Each apartment includes a separate bedroom for a more home-like setting.
We offer two different floor plans, each including:

Memory care assisted living
The memory care assisted living suites at Founder’s Crossing are designed to feel like home. We combine the services of assisted living with the specialized programming of memory care to address the specialized needs of those who are living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
Our highly trained staff provide a safe, active and understanding environment to help residents lead fulfilling lives.
Residents have their own spacious suites with private bathrooms. Suites include a full-size bed, nightstand, armoire and TV stand.
